Rotary Club of Hyderabad East and RED Supported by Corpone BPO has initiated a top in line Call Center For Plasma Donor Outreach, catering to the Covid19 pandemic.The team at Corpone BPO reach out to family members of Covid19 recovered patients who have enquired in any hospital for Plasma requirement and educate them on Plasma Donation which can be helpful for treating other Covid19 patients. This Nobel cause undertaken by RCHE will benefit many Covid19 infected patients though this plasma outreach. The whole processes starts by telecall agents out call to the family of people who have enquired about Plasma in hospitals at some point of time. Our team then, pose a series of questions understand the eligible population who are willing to donate Plasma by seeking their approval to donate and sign up with them for any future Plasma Donation requirement. Our team also gathers information on the severity of the Covid19 experienced by the potential donor and records the same. Not all people who want to donate can donate Plasma, the team carefully understands over a patient call and through series of questions and then identifies the potential donor.
