Financial Obligations

Financial obligations of each member of Rotary Club of Hyderabad East are as follows

1. Club Dues: Each member of RCHE is required to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- p.a towards club fees for the year 2020-21. This club fees covers the following:

a) RI Per Capita Dues: The Club is required to pay RI dues at the rate of US $32 for every 6 months i.e., US $64 per annum. This is payable to RI on 1st July and 1st January every year. For each new member admitted during a semi-annual period, the club will pay prorated per capita dues to RI.

b) Council on Legislation Fee: Every member of RCHE is required to pay US $1 per annum towards Council on Legislation Fee. This is payable on 1st July every year.

c) Rotary News Subscription: Subscription to one of the Rotary Magazine is mandatory. We are subscribing to Rotary News. The subscription cost is Rs.500 per member per annum.

d) District Dues: Every member of RCHE is required to pay Rs.600 per annum towards Rotary District Dues. This is payable on 1st July every year. This amount is used by the district for its administrative expenses.

e) Fees to District Events: There will be about eight district programs conducted every year. Some of the events are paid events. From this year onwards, RCHE is planning to cover the payment to District 3150 events from the subscription fee.

f) Club Admin Expenses: The membership fee paid also covers the annual administrative expenses of meetings, speaker gifts, printing, web hosting, postage etc.

2. EREY: Every member of RCHE is expected to contribute a minimum of US $100 to Rotary foundation.

3. PHF Contribution: Every member of RCHE is encouraged to contribute what ever they can towards Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) Contribution.

4. PHS Contributions: The members are encouraged to become Paul Harris Society members by contributing US $1,000 towards Paul Harris Society every year.
